Here is Scott Schuman from The Sartorialist

A little film they made of him , following him around the streets of NY while he was on the hunt for fashion cuties.

His photographs are very simple, but he finds something from that person, wether its the fashion or the personality of that person. No posing. Very real. He has a good eye for finding unique fashion beauties!
